Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a top-tier Full Stack Engineer with strong Python and React expertise, and a deep understanding of data science and large-scale data systems.

This is not a standard engineering role. You will be working on complex, high-volume datasets, building systems that extract signal from noise, and designing tools that allow users to explore and act on intelligence in real time.

We are specifically looking for an A-player — someone who thrives on solving hard problems, takes ownership, and operates with speed and precision.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design and build scalable backend systems using Python

• Develop high-performance, intuitive frontends using React

• Architect and maintain APIs and services that handle large-scale data processing

Data Systems & Intelligence

• Work with massive datasets (billions of events) and optimize for performance and accuracy

• Design pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and querying of complex data

• Implement advanced filtering, aggregation, and profiling capabilities

Data Science & Analytical Thinking

• Understand and manipulate probabilistic, behavioral, and geospatial data

• Apply data science concepts to improve targeting, profiling, and insights

• Work closely with data scientists to productionize models and algorithms

Performance & Scalability

• Optimize systems for speed, efficiency, and reliability at scale

• Work with distributed systems, columnar databases and caching strategies

• Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve them

Problem Solving & Ownership

• Break down ambiguous, complex problems into actionable solutions

• Take full ownership of features from design to deployment

• Continuously improve system architecture and code quality

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Python (data processing, backend systems, APIs)

• Strong experience in React (modern frontend development)

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

• Experience working with large-scale datasets and high-performance systems

Data & Analytical Skills

• Strong grasp of data science fundamentals (statistics, probability, data modeling)

• Experience working with analytical databases (e.g., ClickHouse, BigQuery, etc.)

• Ability to reason about noisy, incomplete, or probabilistic data

Mindset

• Exceptional problem-solving ability

• High ownership and accountability

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment

• Strong attention to detail with a bias for action

Nice to have

• Experience with adtech data ecosystems

• Familiarity with geospatial data and analysis

• Experience with machine learning pipelines or model deployment

• Knowledge of distributed systems and stream processing
