Intelligence Analyst
Department: Customer Success / Intelligence
Reports to: Head of Customer Success / COO
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Intelligence Analyst to work directly with clients on the ground, helping them operationalize and extract value from the Alpha platform.
This is a client-facing, operational role — not a pure technical or data science position. You will act as the bridge between our technology and real-world use cases, ensuring clients can effectively use the platform to generate actionable intelligence.
You will travel to client sites, support live environments, guide teams, and help translate data into clear, practical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & On-Site Support
Travel to client locations to support deployments and operational use
Work directly with client teams to understand their objectives and workflows
Act as a trusted advisor during onboarding and ongoing operations
Operational Intelligence
Use the Alpha platform to extract relevant insights from complex datasets
Guide clients on how to interpret and act on intelligence outputs
Support real-world use cases by aligning platform capabilities with operational needs
Training & Enablement
Train client teams on how to effectively use the platform
Develop best practices and playbooks for different use cases
Ensure clients are self-sufficient while maximizing platform value
Customer Success & Value Delivery
Ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes using Alpha
Identify opportunities to expand usage and deepen engagement
Act as the voice of the client internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams
Problem Solving in the Field
Assist clients in navigating ambiguous or complex scenarios
Adapt quickly to different environments, industries, and operational challenges
Provide structured thinking and clarity under pressure
Requirements
Experience
3–7 years in intelligence analysis, operations support, consulting, or customer-facing analytical roles
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in high-pressure environments
Background in geospatial intelligence, security, investigations, or data-driven operations is a strong plus
Skills
Strong analytical thinking without needing to be deeply technical
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident presenting to and working with senior stakeholders
Mindset
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, on-site environments
Strong ownership and accountability
Solutions-oriented with a focus on outcomes, not just analysis
Comfortable with frequent travel and client interaction
